Block-time IT engineering support proposal

$10,000.00 (plus any overage hours and expenses billed as needed)

PROFESSIONAL_SERVICES

Block time of 40 hours per 12 months; hours valid for 2 years from date of execution; expiration of hours one year from agreement signing for each block

Agreement notes that hours are valid for two years from execution, with each block of 40 hours expiring one year from the date the agreement is signed; unused hours do not roll over and are forfeited. Additional overage work beyond the initial block is billed monthly per Schedule A and may be added through change control; renewal of block time would require new execution or purchase of additional blocks.
