Monroe Joins Butler County CDBG–HOME Agreement

The City of Monroe approved a cooperation agreement with Butler County for participation in the County’s CDBG and HOME Programs for Program Years 2026–2028. Under the agreement, Monroe will route its federal community development funding through the County, comply with subrecipient and fair housing requirements, and rely on the County to administer eligible projects within its jurisdiction.
