Description

The Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission Director recommends approval of Desert Eagle Operating, LLC's amended Red Rocks Oil and Gas Development Plan to add four new helium well locations to an existing two-well development in rural Las Animas County. The plan includes drilling vertical wells, constructing limited new access and pipeline corridors, and tying production into a skid mounted helium processing unit for transport to a liquefaction plant.
