Wooster’s original 2018 Enterprise Zone Agreement granted Baker Properties Mt. Vernon Ltd. a 10‑year, 75% real property tax abatement to build a 120,000-square-foot warehouse with significant private investment and job creation. That agreement has since been amended and assigned, transferring Baker’s role to new ownership while keeping the incentive structure intact through 2028.
