Avigation Easement Proposed with Premium Outlet Partners

The Camarillo/Oxnard Airport Authority is recommending that the County Board of Supervisors approve and authorize an Avigation Easement with Premium Outlet Partners, L.P., affiliated with Simon Property Group. The Director of Airports or designee would be empowered to sign the easement to support ongoing airport operations over the outlet property.
