County Plans Avigation Easement With Premium Outlet Partners

The Aviation Advisory Commission will recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve an Avigation Easement with Premium Outlet Partners, L.P., an affiliate of the Simon Property Group, for property near the County airport system. The Director of Airports or designee would be authorized to execute the easement upon Board approval.
