MAINTENANCE

Three (3) year term beginning on the commencement date, automatically renewing for additional three-year terms unless terminated with 90 days’ notice

Initial non‑cancelable three‑year term, cancelable for non‑performance with 30 days’ written notice; thereafter auto‑renews in three‑year increments unless either party gives at least 90 days’ written notice before the end of the then‑current term. Contract price is subject to annual adjustment based on labor and other costs.
