Caln Township To Lease Historic Meetinghouse For Maintenance

Caln Township is entering into a no-rent lease with Old Caln Meetinghouse to maintain and operate the historic Caln Meetinghouse property until court-approved conveyance occurs. Under the agreement, the Township will cover routine maintenance, reimburse utilities and casualty insurance, and make the property available as public meeting and museum space.

Lease automatically ends upon property transfer to Caln Township or court disapproval and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice; no automatic renewal beyond these conditions.
