The City plans to enter into intergovernmental agreements with the Missouri Department of Social Services and its MO HealthNet Division to participate in the Ground Emergency Medical Transportation Uncompensated Cost Reimbursement Program. The ordinance would authorize all necessary agreements for the supplemental MCO reimbursement initiative.
