The City Manager is authorized to enter into a sole source contract with Emulsion Products Alaska to purchase chip seal oil, with a contract price not to exceed $80,000.00. The City will receive no less than 10,000 gallons of chip seal oil. The performance period is Summer (June, July, or August) 2025 for the 2025 summer road maintenance season.
