Shippensburg Borough Council conditionally awarded the Burd Run Restoration Phase 1A project to ALL-TERR CONSTRUCTION, INC. for $117,288.00 to replace a failing storm drain causing flooding on Orange Street. Work is expected to begin in June and be completed by early August using grant funding.
