The Denison City Council is set to approve a ground lease (Contract No. 2026-0045) with Youth Scoreboards, L.L.C. for the installation of five new scoreboards at THF Park at no cost to the City. Youth Scoreboards will own and maintain the boards while the City covers utility costs and gains access to advertising space over an initial 10‑year term with an automatic 10‑year renewal.
