CDBG Funds Support Homelessness Housing Project

The City of Concord is supporting the Concord Center to End Homelessness with $500,000 in CDBG funds to help acquire and renovate 6 South State Street into eight one-bedroom apartments for people exiting homelessness. Of this, $475,000 is applied to the $610,000 purchase and $25,000 is reserved for City administrative costs.
