Initial term runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. Toward the latter part of the term, CMSD may initiate a partnership renewal process by issuing a renewal application if the school meets board-approved eligibility criteria, including location, years of operation, CMSD resident enrollment share, academic performance thresholds, demographic equity reviews, and Cleveland Plan commitment. Either party may terminate without cause on 90 days’ written notice.
