Article I provides that all terms and conditions may be extended into the Next Year (beginning January 1, 2027) until replaced by a successor agreement, which must be adopted no later than July 31, 2027. Extension is implemented by resolution of the B&ECPL Board of Trustees and deemed accepted unless the Clarence Public Library declines in writing within 30 days of transmission. Exhibit A may be amended to add additional funds or reflect funding changes, and the agreement may be reduced if B&ECPL experiences a revenue shortfall.
