CONSTRUCTION

Use or occupancy must take place within 3 years of Conditional Use Permit approval; one extension of up to 3 years may be granted

The Conditional Use Permit becomes null and void if conditions are not met and occupancy or use has not commenced within three years of approval. One extension of time, not exceeding three years, may be granted upon written request and payment of the applicable fee at least 30 days before expiration.
