Wyoming Amends AFSCME Contract Over CDL Pay

Wyoming City Council approved a memorandum of understanding with AFSCME Ohio Council 8, Local No. 1093-5. The amendment removes the separate CDL special-pay provision and incorporates the $0.25 hourly amount into covered employees’ regular pay rates beginning August 26, 2026.
