Sherman Associates continues Beltline ramp construction role

The EDA’s previously approved redevelopment agreement with a Sherman Associates affiliate remains in effect for construction of the Beltline Boulevard Station parking ramp, with new Metropolitan Council grant funds earmarked to reimburse Sherman Associates and the builder for required Metro Transit signage. The arrangement continues to position Sherman Associates as the ramp’s construction partner on behalf of the EDA.
