If negotiations with the top proposer are unsuccessful, the City Council would authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a citywide Janitorial Services Agreement with CCS Facility Services, the second-ranked proposer, for an initial term beginning as early as October 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, with options for two additional one-year extensions.
