The City of Richmond’s 2025 Rubberized Cape Seal Project, led by contractor A. Teichert & Son, Inc., is 99% complete after paving 11.2 miles of city streets. The project used CalRecycle grant funding and incorporated rubberized pavement to divert over 14,000 passenger tires from landfills.
