City Sets Conditions for McClellan Street Vacation

The City of Port Townsend approved Resolution 26-013 setting conditions for a McClellan Street right-of-way and partial plat vacation requested by Bayside Housing & Services for the Vince’s Village permanent supportive housing project. Bayside Housing & Services must fund surveying and recording, accept utility easements, and provide deed-based compensation equal to or exceeding the value of the vacated right-of-way before a future vacation ordinance can be adopted.
