CONSTRUCTION

Initial two (2) year term with up to three (3) additional one (1) year renewal/extension periods

Initial 2-year term with option to renew or extend for up to three additional 1-year periods, contingent on contractor’s written agreement and mutually agreed prices, rates, and fees; pricing fixed for each term with no increases during the initial term.
