HRSD Uses VHB For Shoreline Engineering Work

Hampton Roads Sanitation District engaged engineering firm Vanassee Hangen Brustlin, Inc. to develop expedited plans and permits for shoreline stabilization at the James River Treatment Plant and City Farm shoreline, including cost estimates for Newport News' share. The project is expected to be bid in spring 2022 with construction beginning in summer 2022.
