The City of Murfreesboro Planning Commission is considering a request by Griggs & Maloney, Inc. on behalf of New Vision Baptist Church to abandon the North Thompson Lane–West College Street connector ramp right-of-way and adjacent public utility easements. If approved, Griggs & Maloney, Inc. will prepare legal exhibits and descriptions to facilitate quitclaiming the right-of-way for future church development.
