Hobart boards approve predevelopment pact with Becknell

The Hobart Sanitary District Board of Commissioners and Hobart Storm Water Management Board of Directors approved a Predevelopment Agreement with Becknell Industrial LLC to extend sanitary sewer and complementary water system services for a warehouse/distribution center development in the 61st Avenue and SR 51 Economic Development Area. The agreement supports infrastructure improvements aimed at spurring economic development and job creation.
