Renewal

The agreement has optional Phase 4 operations oversight at then-current contract rates and allows written change orders, phase pauses, and termination at phase conclusions. The City may terminate for convenience on 15 days’ notice; CIG LLC may terminate for convenience on 60 days’ notice, or 90 days during Phase 3.
