Granger Joins County Siren Replacement Program via MOU

The City of Granger is approving a Memorandum of Understanding with the Dallas County Emergency Management Commission to participate in a FEMA-funded Outdoor Warning Siren Replacement Program. Under the MOU, DCEMA will procure and install compliant sirens while the City provides local cost share, site coordination, and long-term maintenance in accordance with federal grant requirements.
