The City of Goshen partnered with the St. Joseph River Basin Commission to analyze long-term chemical water quality data from Rock Run Creek and Horn Ditch. The analysis, led by aquatic ecologist Kate Barrett, will inform management decisions across the St. Joseph River watershed with initial results expected in 2022.
