MOU for Carrie Gosch School Redevelopment Study Approved

School City of East Chicago entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Center of Workforce Innovations to conduct a due diligence study on the former Carrie Gosch Elementary School property. CWI will fund and manage the due diligence process while School City continues to cover operating costs, with the goal of evaluating future lease or acquisition options. The agreement runs from its March 2025 effective date until a utilization agreement is executed or June 30, 2025, whichever comes first.
