The City of Coldwater approved a first amendment to its lease with The Coldwater Community Center, Inc. for the Putnam building at 11 E. Chicago Street, extending City payment of utilities through April 30, 2025 under Agreement No. A24-18. All other lease terms of the three-year agreement commencing November 16, 2023 remain unchanged.
