Bend Replaces Earlier Lonza Tax Exemption Agreement

The City of Bend previously approved an Enterprise Zone tax exemption agreement with Lonza Bend, Inc. on August 5, 2026, for up to ten years at two Murray Road properties. The City now recommends rescinding that authorization and replacing it with an agreement that also covers 63060 NE Corporate Place.
