Renewal

Master Telehealth Services Agreement is for five years. Either party may cancel without penalty up to 30 days before launch; after launch, the City may terminate for convenience with 120 days' written notice or for cause with 30 days' notice. A possible cost-of-living increase may occur in year three, capped at 5% per year, with at least 60 days' advance notice.
