Moving services of parts, equipment, tools, furniture, and various items from 333 Market Ave. to the new 1500 Scribner Ave location for the Fleet Management Department from Preferred Moving and Storage for a total "not-to-exceed" amount of $45,535.00. An additional 10% contingency amount of $4,600.00 is also requested for any unforeseen circumstances or services that may arise during the move; if needed, the contingent amount would be applied as applicable, which would result in a total “not-to-exceed" amount of $50,135.00.
