Renewal

Initial term of 5 years from execution, extendable for an additional 5 years upon approval of both governing boards. Agreement may be terminated earlier by mutual agreement, unilateral 90-day notice, or non-availability of funds; fee schedules and membership rates may be modified with notice. Subject to cancellation for conflict of interest under A.R.S. § 38-511.
