Agreement is effective upon last signature and automatically renews on an annual basis unless terminated by either party with thirty days’ written notice or immediate termination for specified cause. Upon termination, the data owner may direct the other party to return or destroy all data and derivatives within 30 days, and ongoing data protections are required if destruction or return is not feasible.
