The City of Beavercreek and the Beavercreek Youth Softball Association (BYSA) are entering into a multi-year license agreement for BYSA to use portions of Rotary Park for its youth softball program. BYSA will pay a $1500 license fee annually, as well as for ball diamond lighting and electric usage in the concession stand.
