County May List Flier Building With Chartwell Enterprises

Howard County Council is considering Council Resolution 174-2020 to authorize the County Executive to sell the Flier Building by listing it with Chartwell Enterprises, waiving normal advertising and bidding requirements. The Executive would retain discretion not to sell the property if a further public use is found.
