The City Council approved, by Resolution 26-012, entering an agreement with Jefferson Land Trust for the vacation of approximately 28 acres of right-of-way in Cappy’s Trails. The agreement will enable land consolidation for future park use, is conditional on successfully leveraging grant funds, and requires deed restrictions preserving the land for public benefit.
