The 30-second brief
The City of Burnet Council authorized the City Manager to draft a one-year renewal lease agreement with the CAF that includes a $500 per-month rent increase. The renewed lease will require the return of the C-47 aircraft to the national Commemorative Air Force and mandate at least eight events during the term. The action effectively extends and amends the existing facility lease arrangement.
