The Bottineau County Water Resource District directed Apex Engineering to continue permit coordination with DWR and USACE and to advance final design and construction coordination materials for the Haas Coulee Improvement project. Apex Engineering also continues to support financial drain summaries, special assessments, and technical work on the Starbuck Assessment Drain.
