Mt. Diablo Unified School District Resolution 24/25-14 Master Agreement

Mt. Diablo Unified School District approved participation in the OMNIA Partners cooperative purchasing program by executing a Master Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, enabling the district to piggyback on competitively procured contracts for equipment, materials, supplies, vehicles, and personal property. The resolution authorizes the Superintendent and designated agents to execute all necessary documents to implement the agreement.
