Description

Tahoe City Public Utility District adopted Resolution 26-20 approving and authorizing execution of an agreement with the County of El Dorado to collect the District’s special taxes, fees, and assessments on FY 2026-2027 secured property tax bills. The District will indemnify the County for litigation related to Proposition 218 compliance.
