Winchester-Frederick County MPO Awards Professional Services Contract to Northern Shenandoah Valley Substance Abuse Coalition (December 2024)

Frederick County Board of Supervisors approved an updated 10-year MOU with the Northern Shenandoah Valley Substance Abuse Coalition and partner entities for the Adult Recovery and Behavioral Health Courts. Winchester will serve as fiscal agent for grants and NSVSAC will provide staffing and administration.
