The Plymouth Finance & Personnel Committee directed staff to move forward with an agreement with Monroe Equipment to outfit a replacement Volvo L60 Loader and associated plow equipment planned in the 2027 Capital Outlay. The agreement must be executed by the end of the month to maintain late 2027 production scheduling and will be subject to final budget adoption and Council approval.
