Ascension Parish, LADOTD CEA for LA 44 Turn Lanes

Ascension Parish Government is seeking Transportation Committee approval for a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to construct left turn lanes on LA 44 at Causey Road and Merritt Evans Road. The Parish will fully fund and deliver the project and then donate the completed improvements and right-of-way to LADOTD, which will assume long-term maintenance after final acceptance.
