The Town Manager explained in March a request for proposals was issued for a consultant to conduct a Regional Housing Needs Assessment for the Town and Ouray County and elected to interview two firms. Based on the interviews and reference checking process, the evaluation committee is recommending entering into a Professional Services Agreement with Points Consulting LLC to conduct the project.
