Marlboro County Council is considering third reading of Ordinance #879 to authorize a Fee-in-Lieu of Ad Valorem Taxes agreement and special source revenue credits with North Marlboro Solar, LLC for an economic development project. The agreement would provide tax incentives in support of the solar project identified as Project Cranberry Cousins.
