Iberville Parish to Purchase Natural Gas from LMGA.

The Iberville Parish is authorized to enter into the Gas Sales Contract with LMGA, pursuant to which the Parish will purchase natural gas for the Parish System from LMGA to meet a portion of the requirements of Taminco for 366 months. The projected minimum savings to the Parish as shall be set forth in the Gas Sales Contract, such discount to be not less than 25 cents ($0.25) per MMBtu prior to sharing any of such savings with Taminco.
