Etowah County and the cities of Attalla, Glencoe, Hokes Bluff, Rainbow City, and Southside continued their engagement with S&ME, Inc. to perform FY2026 first quarter wet-weather monitoring under the joint MS4 program. S&ME conducted field sampling, laboratory coordination, and reporting in accordance with the 2025 Etowah Monitoring Partnership Wet-Weather Monitoring Program and the entities’ NPDES permits.
