Bob Braun will lease an airport tee hangar for $100.00 per month for a term of one year, commencing on July 1, 2022. The Lease shall automatically renew as long as the terms of the Lease are not in default and neither the City nor the Tenant gives notice of intent to terminate in writing within the sixty (60) days prior to the one (1) year anniversary of the Lease.
